I called today to check if they had my prescription I was told to wait as they needed to check. I have no problem with waiting however, I was not placed on hold instead I could hear the staff talking to other customers good to hear conversations are confidential! They got my name wrong and were checking for my mother rather than me. Then i'm told they have no prescription despite my doctor saying they should have the next lot! Now my doctors have to resend my prescription to my doctor as they cannot re-print and I will be without my medicine!

My husband's repeat prescriptions are never ready. Items are always missing when eventually some are dispensed. Counter staff are always under pressure trying to sort out the ineptitude of pharmacists and the chaotic failing system. Today, after trying to get essential medication for 10 days (following stent and stroke) my husband has been told sorry, there's nothing we can do, we're 300 prescriptions behind! This is dangerous and they are playing Russian roulette with people's health. My husband will be making an official complaint. And we will be writing to our GP. I would recommend that customers DO NOT USE. alternative pharmacy in Baldwin's Lane ALWAYS efficient. Go there instead
Terrible experience. Minimum 30 min wait and they only tell you that after you have been there for 10 min already and this is just for picking up a prescription they've had for a week. After waiting all that time I was then told they were out of stock on some items. Went back a few days later only to be told I had to wait another 30 mins! Totally disorganised, avoid this place!!
