Been to this pharmacy many times and never had a positive experience. Today I left feeling so fed up with the rude and careless attitude from the staff. I visited their store yesterday to collect a prescription which was emailed to them to find their internet was down so they couldn't receive my prescription .. I understood this but I still had no apology just a blunt explanation of what was happening I had to ask for advice on what to do and they just told me to come back later .. this wasn't unfortunately an option for me due to work so I came back the following day before picking my son up from playgroup to find they had no prescription under my name again they were blunt, unapologetic and really unhelpful on how to solve the situation. They made me feel like it was my fault which made me really uncomfortable in front of the rest of the customers in the store. I won't be visiting this store again.

The Pharmacy Assistant was extremely rude. I understand that the current circumstances are stressful, but it seems that her attitude has been around a lot longer than Covid-19. I will not be using Lloyds in Pontypool again - a shame as they were always my “go to” chemist. The other Pharmacy Assistants are absolutely lovely. Keep up the good work
