I started using Brynteg chemist two years ago at first i wasn't impressed with how slow they where ! BUT that has been sorted in all fairness Chris i speak to and hes very accommodating to getting things right and very helpful so 5* for them from me !
Appauling!! I'm disabled and theyve messed up my prescription AGAIN so I've had to make multiple phone calls and been without medication! Everytime I go they are dealing with complaints! Do not go!!
Free parking however carpark a little on small side ,as for the pharmacy standard selection of various health products ,been various occasions to collect a prescription and am yet to come out within 20 mins regardless if anyone else is there
yes you have to wait a while,but there are many people who need meds unfortunately.staff at counter always polite and smiling.busy and not very rewarding job for them.
i needed help in buying over the counter medication for my son, i found both the pharmacist and the lady behind the counter very unhelpful and not friendly. pharmacist couldn't even make eye contact and was quite rude.
This pharmacy seems incapable of dealing with a straight forward monthly repeat prescription. Their system or employees either get my tablets out of sync or tell me I've had 2 months supply when I haven't. This leads to wasting time on repeat visits and/or hanging around in the doctor's surgery while an emergency prescription is arranged. This has happened so many times now that I am seriously considering having my prescription sent elsewhere. Utterly incompetent or set up to fail by useless management? I am not sure what their problem is.
