Dropped off a prescription to collect an hour later so that I wouldn’t have to wait around with a poorly 5 month old in tow. Went back to collect only to have the most horrible experience. Clearly they were having trouble locating my prescription, but rather than let me know what was happening I was left stood at the counter holding my baby while 2 members of staff had a chat about it. Eventually I asked if there was a problem (it should have been one of them who came over and said sorry we are having an issue please have a seat while we sort it for you). But no, I was the one who had to ask what was happening. Eventually it was located and handed to me but with no apology and no acknowledgement that I had to wait. Will go elsewhere in future.

Today I had to take my daughter to the doctors and we had a prescription chemist was ment to open at 9am we waited for a while kept going to the door staff were inside just looked at us in the end I walked to asda but they didnt have medicine in stock went back to loyds it was still shut so I banged on the door and I asked the man replied we cant open untill the pharmacist arrives I went but the staff could have said something or put a note on the door instead of ignoring customers outside I think this was rude of them if they want returning customers .

Always have to wait for service, even when nobody else is being served. Many times items are short in quantity, that means another trip to town. Cutting back on staff may help profits; but it does not help service.

They gave me out of a repeat dispensary script 6 days worth instead of 7 days worth without recording it on a script my GP forbid me from going cold turkey off without record and remorse. Dangerous lack of record system. Could have been worse for some people same mistake. Disgusting treatment.
