Been twice, and got what I needed, normal price but both times the staff were rude and actually laugh at me when as a retail customer I asked for a little discount and questioned me why I would deserved any, instead of just saying Trade only. Will make my purchases elsewhere in future.

After phoning to check that they had a part in stock I went to collect the part 20 mins later. The staff were rude and also informed me that the part was not in stock and they assumed that a completely different part would be ok. Well it's not. Not even an apology. If you want to travel and pay for a terrible service this is the place to go. I thought I might give them another go a few months after my first post. Well things have not changed. I ordered and collected some more parts only to get home and they were incorrect, back I go again and still not an apology.
Always have what I need at a good price.
