My horse was recently at the practice for surgery - and my experience was that LLEP is back to its brilliant best. Hugh's expertise has never been in doubt. But this experience left me feeling as though LLEP was back to being the close knit family run business it started out as (albeit rather larger these days) - and I was more relaxed than I've ever been about leaving my horse in their capable hands. The communication I, and the care my horse, received was superb - I knew what to expect, who was going to be doing what, when things were going to be happening, and when I might expect updates. The surgery was successful and the follow up calls and advice I've received have underlined the expertise, care and compassion this team have for both their equine clients and their owners. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL INVOLVED!
