They were really helpful in locating screws for a faceplate for a Victorian-era door lock fitting when we sought their help three weeks ago. The faceplate had one of the screws missing, and we had fantastic service from Lock-Fix security staff in finding a screw that fitted! We had work done by them some years ago, servicing and renewing locks on internal doors and making new keys, and their work was excellent, so I would highly recommend this business.

The guys from Lock Fix came out to solve an access control problem with a powered door. Their methodical approach diagnosed multiple issues from the switch to the lock itself and all were corrected so that my door is finally working as it should. Lovely guys, tidy work and at a very reasonable price to boot.
I got in touch for a upvc lock gearbox replacement through Facebook messenger, Daz replied and confirmed he had the item in the shop and would be there for me the next day to collect. When I got there I explained my door situation and Daz gave me the item I requested and a very detailed explanation of what to do at home. I then got home, messed it up and messaged Daz for help. As Daz was not available until the next week he communicated with me, Free of charge, exactly what to do, it turned out I did not need the new part and instead my lock just needed some wd40 and a track attaching back to the box, a couple of hours later I had my door back together. Daz said to bring back the part for a full refund and when I insisted I would pay him for his time helping he refused. Very honest and impressive local service, I will definitely be back for any lock needs. Thank you!
