I've done two rooms with Locked in a Room before and they were both very enjoyable. We had to cancel a booking due to the change in Coronavirus rules and they issued a refund as soon as we asked for one. Excellent customer service and I would definitely return again. (On a separate note we also had a booking with \Escape Hunt\ in Oxford and they are point blank refusing to issue a refund so I would highly recommend this venue for both their rooms and customer service over their competitors in Oxford)

This was a great evening out...from the start to the very end...very strict with timing, so you can't be late. Door opens 10mins before game commences for briefing. Pretty cool interior, extra props for group pictures, the game itself is intense and you have to have skills and wits! Great location, right at the theatre district with good restaurants around. If you are looking for a place for team building topped with great fun then you have found your ideal place. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures of the rooms I would highly recommend

Brilliant hour of fun. Our host Sam was funny and entertaining and gave us all a real laugh. The game was challenging but great fun, will definitely be back

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Tickets are reasonable for the experience. The escape room itself was so fun, the puzzles were unique and clever and it was difficult enough that you could work it out, but it wasn't easy, so it took time to complete and with the great atmosphere the escape rooms have, you will always be on edge as you won't know what will happen next!
