Promised to be there in 30 mins. Took an hour and a half. Upon arrival the 'locksmith' tried to hammer a Phillips screwdriver into lock. After 10 mins of watching him struggle, I grabbed his hammer and tapped the lock open myself. He then tried to charge more than quoted. 55 pound to borrow a hammer. Not impressed at all.
