Great way to get your ski legs before a holiday. You'll get two 15 minute sessions in your hour slot, and you'll be skiing constantly for this time and getting feedback and tips the whole time. Will save you a good few hours getting back up to speed on the slopes! One thing is, you'll have a better session if you're in a group of 2 rather than 3, with 3 on at once the slope does get a bit crowded but it is the luck of the draw...

I was prepared to be underwhelmed but was pleasantly surprised and in fact by expectations were greatly exceeded. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, excellent teaching of the basics and beyond, and cosy bar for relaxing after the experience
Very good place to learn to ski. Reasonably priced and decent location. Classes are no more than three people so gives instructors a chance to individually help you and you get breaks in between to help with the strain on your legs. Had an amazing lesson yesterday with Jonti who was a brilliant and helpful instructor!
The rolling mat requires quite a bit of practice and requires a cleaner and more technical style than you can get away with on snow. The sessions are short but unless you're extremely six-fit will still feel like a good workout. The instructors are good too and give you plenty of attention. One star knocked off for the price though.
Excellent instruction. For beginners to expert, fun for all as ages. ️
Attempted to visit around December. Cancelled last minute due to technical faults that they new about the night before and refused to cover our costs for travelling to them as we were from out of the area. Was told that a refund was processed and would take 10 days, 10 days later, still not received refund, contacted them again only for them to not to have processed the original refund, to be advised that it would be another 10 days. Checked the bank account and instead of refunding the money they had taken the payment again, Contacted them again only be told even though it was their error it would still take 10 days, no attempt to make a formal apology, no attempt to reconcile or compensate us, this place is a complete shambles with managers and staff who do not care about the customers they serve. If it was possible to give a minus review this would definitely be one, avoid this place at all cost.
Had my first snowboarding lesson after skiing for years and as hard as it was, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately going abroad for work but I'll definitely be coming back when I can!
While you are on the slope it is a good way of getting the feel for skiing, but take note of the reviews about how long you get. We paid for an hour and I didn't pick up on the groups being split. After 15 minutes we were told to have a 15 minute break. Then we had 15 minutes more and that was it. Even for my 8 year old son he was just getting started. I'd rather it be made clearer up front and then the price of the snow dome seems more comparable
