Had an excellent experience with Dr Diogo when I had a loose filling and needed a provisional fix. The experience was even better and good value for money if I compare it with the previous fancy dentist clinic I’ve tried in Richmond.... (If you are curious, look up at my reviews)

The clinic has a great professionals, Dr Tania is an excellent dentist. The receptionist Jane is very kind, attentive, helpful and alwyas with a smile on her face. She is adorable. I highly recommend the clinic at Kensal Rise.
Service been changed a lot last few years , made appointment to my daughter with a secretary, which was helpful, I was wait for the dentist to call for few days, I got a txt about the call suppose to be yesterday, it’s never happened... I call then back today to see what’s going on, another receptionist told they don’t have NHS dentist anymore and bc my daughter been more then 6 month without going to dentist she’s not registered there anymore. I was there in person at the first time and I never been informed about that, in that day I have made a appointment to me and my daughter with NHS dentist, that was what the secretary told. So if there’s no NHS dentist why my appointment been made? And if my daughter and I not registered anymore why I wasn’t informed about that?... So the second secretary was trying to blame for they incompetence and told me for wait till October or change to another place.
Great Surgery! Always go above and beyond to help. Even in COVID time they go out of the way to help with emergency . I can highly recommend the surgery, dentist and staff.
Very pleased with my teeth after embarking on Invisalign with Arti at AG. Being a perfectionist like me, she didn’t stop until we were both fully happy with the result. Highly recommend Arti, she’ll exceed your expectations and ensure you walk out with a smile you’re fully content with.
