When I first walked in I found the concept confusing. There were no trays ready for customers which made it difficult to carry a drink, plate of pasta and a baguette. When I went to pay the member of staff told me that I had to put a plastic lid on top of the food even though i was eating in! This is so bad for the environment as this place uses far too much single use plastic for no reason! The food was nice, but it's a confusing venue which makes it difficult to buy a meal. Also this place needs to stop producing so much waste and respect the environment!

I used to come for lunch long time ago. And had salmon with salad until portion of salmon became so little that I decided to forget about this place. But today I thought I have something warm for my lunch. Let’s try one more time. I ordered pasta . Looked nice until I tried. That was inside? Some ham and sausage definitely leftover product. And 8 for that? You can get freshly made pasta in restaurant for 9. Never ever again.

To be honest we were starving. The bacon mushroom pasta was pretty good and chicken portion was pretty big. Tasted a couple of their pastries pecan pie and almond twist, it was okay. Staff were as expected so it's a four star.

Looks amazing from the outside but the staff is quite snappy and rude. Not helpful at all. I asked for mustard and he gave me half a teaspoon of old, dried mustard. I asked for the toilet and they told me to go across to the tube station. But the worst part was the fact the pastries and baked goods are left out without any plastic covering. Due to its location, there are many people coming in and out of the cafe. One guy came in and put his face right up to all the baked goods and sniffed them. With the current health situation, I was appalled. The staff didn't see it as there are only 2 people working there and they were busy with something else. Since it was shocking, it made me a bit sick to my stomach wondering who has sniffed my food... Suggestion: please wrap all of your foods including the baked muffins which all look so delicious due to the current COVID situation. thank you.

For years I’ve past this location looking at the beautiful cakes and pastries in the window... However, on the first visit I’ve been left terribly disappointed by their chocolate cake. When asking about why the quality of the cake was so bad I was told that it was because it was vegan. I’ve enjoyed many great vegan cakes but this one was a few days old at best . I’d say try your luck as the environment is nice but the cakes are best suited for underpinning. Update August 2020- I emailed following the company reaching out publicly on google maps but they never replied or followed up.
