Within the company Jade George has been amazing. She helped me secure a job immediately at a SEN school during the pandemic and with all the issues that COVID-19 threw at the community, Jade was always there trying to do everything in her power to help me. Very honest and encouraging consultant. Recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a job within SEN schools.

I have mixed opinions. The team is very friendly and they were quick to respond, however, there wasn't very much explanation as to what was expected of me. It took a little while to get a job - to be expected in COVID times - but when I got a place at a school that I was really happy in, i quit my then current job to work at the school. There was a weekly contract in place - i.e the school could decide whether or not to renew my contract each week - but this was brushed over with the consultant so I was under the impression it wouldn't matter. After my first week, the school told Academics they weren't going to renew the contract due to wanting a male TA which is their right, however I felt this explanation was rushed by the consultant. They essentially said, it's a shame. You did well, the school liked you but they want a male for the classroom. We'll find you another place. I was moving to Leeds in a few months and so I couldn't really work full time. They said they'd find me temporary positions in the interim. That was in early October and I haven't heard from them once. I lost my job and had nothing to fall back on. Engage with lots of questions if you're going to work with the company.
My consultant, Yasmin Boffa is superb. She is passionate about what she does and actually listens to clients. She is professional and courteous. Looking forward to many more years working with her.
Avoid long term roles with this company!
Do not waste your time. Have been on the data base for months and not heard anything in regards to schools and interviews.
