Pay attention if you want to book an appointment any soon (call them first or even better check if they're open). What happened to me, I booked my appointment online, paid deposit and had even a confirmation and reminder about it and with 3 hours prior to my appointment, walking on the high street I saw the salon was closed. Of course I tried to get in touch with them but no one answered to my phone call and I don't expect them to reply to my email either. Total disappointment! P.S. I know there are Covid restrictions but still, this shouldn't be allowed to happen

Super professional service! Very thorough in making my baylage look amazing! The whole team are super but a big shout out to Dita who made my hair look like an Instagram photo. Will 1000% be returning! It's also a really calm and comfortable environment to be in.

I love my hair! The finest highlights you could ever wish for. Olga is a great hairdresser. Staff is friendly and a discount for the first time visit was a very nice surprise I also want to mention Sara who did my waxing for the last 3 times. Really nice girl and knows what she's doing!

I was searching for the perfect hairdresser for almost 6 years and I have finally found it! ACE was recommended to me by a friend and has since created pure magic with my hair. My friends love my new cut and colour and for the first time in years I do too - worth every single penny! I have literally gone from fearing hairdressers to loving the whole experience, feeling pampered, understood and properly advised by Hairdresser and the whole team. I'll probably keep coming back until she retires now (yes, that's how happy I am)! Thank you ACE see you soon again and i will definitely send all my friends and family here

I think they completely destroyed the shape of my eyebrows I had a beautiful arch and natural shape that my usual beautician does amazingly with shredding and tinting. The beautician used shred wax and tweezers when I asked for shredding. She completely changed my arched eyebrow shape which I have had since I can remember for a straight one without even asking and said that suits me better.... To continue with the eyebrows don’t even have similar shape one is slightly arched and the other one is completely straight. Didn’t like this at all I asked her to keep my thick arched brows and only clean arround and ended up with a completely different shape that I hate I went for shredding and tinting and to be honest didn’t even want to have the eyebrow tinting done Uploaded pictures so you guys can see Lighter hair : without tinting is what they did to me Darker: with tinting is what I have always had The manager didn’t charge me and asked me to come back the day after which is nice from him bearing in mind that I had my eyebrows completely destroyed and they are horrible but not all of us have free time to go to get eyebrows done everyday and I don’t know how can you fix hair that has been already waxed and is no longer there. Never going back
