Awful service. You have to call them and chase them constantly just to find out if they finished the pieces, otherwise they will never let you know. They don't even bother to answer an email or let you know if they received the files. I waited more than 4 weeks for 3 small pieces, only to find out that one of them was faulty, something that could have been easily fixed if they would have let me know so I could fix it, but they didn't bother and printed and charged me for it anyway. I was extremely patient with them and yet I was treated in a very rude way. Overall, terrible organisation and customer service. I already took my business elsewhere and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
