we had a very bad experience , bad customer service , what u see on line is not the same price in the shop, we were overcharged us with 50 pounds, dishonest for a Jewish book shop , we saw a megillah on line for 750 pounds but we were charged 800 pounds in the shop. They gave us all king of excuses i do not recommend anyone to buy from them, they are other Judaica stores in the area, they do not deserve 1 star. i am publicise this incident for u to know : smiling, or speaking gently is nice as long as u buy from them, they are happy to take your money in any way , they are DISHONEST

I ordered a diary online for my mother who has memory problems. The shop called me up minutes after I'd placed the order to let me know my mother had already ordered the diary by phone (she couldn't remember this) and to check whether a second diary was needed. When I confirmed the second order was a mistake they immediately refunded my payment. I was extremely impressed with their honesty, care and efficiency.
