The accommodation was dirty, the host left us standing in the street for 40 mins before arriving to show us to the dirty apartment. After I showed him that it’s dirty and requested he cancel our booking he got aggressive, he accused me of making the property dirty so we wouldn’t need to stay despite the fact we were never alone in the room. The police had to get involved in order for our refund to be processed which we are still waiting on. Avoid at all costs!
