Delighted about the services I got from Artefact. They are extremely professional and detail focused. They take the time to listen to the customer and figure out what he/she really needs. If you are picky and serious about framing I would highly recommend this place. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy and they took excellent care of our artwork. The manager (Irena) is a seasoned professional and truly a star. She projects a remarkable image for the company and makes you feel in safe hands. The installer was excellent and very patient. I've known Artefact for years and it is the sort of place when you want to come back to whether to frame piece of work or look at some art work. I've done both and not once was I disappointed. Artefact is the sort of place when you find professionalism and friendliness nicely blended together. The lady who works there is ever so helpful, always explains how the work will be done and when. The exhibitions are always very interesting whether it's painting, photography or contemporary art. Highly recommend!
Visited in March for their 6 course tasting menu. Brilliant.!! Lovely food with great flavors and not over priced. Wine menu good - check out the Douro red. Yum! Lovely family type service - very attentive and caring. Definitely worth a return. A hidden gem !
Artefact is great! My wife framed one of my paintings for my birthday, every time I look at my painting, I can't help but realize how well the frame enhances, and gives life to my painting. The staff is friendly, very professional, and above all, they provide impeccable work. I highly recommend this shop. If I could give 6 stars I would.
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional and friendly service. I brought my artwork there which was quite fragile and needed a special attention. They offered a great advice on the frame, mount and a finish, all with care and no rush. The final effect was fantastic! I will definitely come back there. Thank you very much Artefact!
