It has not experienced a single penny cut whilst money for front-line public services, councils, community associations, libraries etc has been slashed. Nor have I forgotten how, when applying on behalf of a community arts group in a deprived area, the so-called Arts Council 'Grantium' portal was like something built by an alien and excluded any application on the slightest excuse, like putting a number in the wrong box. They prop up some decent museums/galleries, hence why this review is two stars rather than one.
