One of the worst repair stores, they don’t call to update you on your order and will take your products for 2 months not being able to do anything just to pay 40 pounds for them to take it to thier lazy store. Especially when they bring your product they’ll come with two people who just not energetic or friendly to take it up to your flat. So not worth it whatever you do avoid this store for repairs because there very lazy with thier clients. After giving my first review the colleague who delivered the soundbar from Atlantic decided to call me about the review I gave with a terrible rude manner as if he never learnt how to properly communicate with his customers and didn’t really care to lower he's tone of voice. It supposedly seems like he’s never learnt about customer satisfaction. After the call he hanged up on my face. Looking from the reviews from this place I am not the only one who’s had this bad experience.

Absolutely excellent. Not only did they have the product I wanted in stock it was also at an excellent price. Arrived the very next day and they had even phoned to check some details I'd missed. If only every business was as efficient as Atlantic Electronics.
