Paid 50 for literally a 3 minute consultation only to be told there was nothing they could offer or do. Went to my actual GP and was prescribed the correct medication. Avoid unless you’ve got money to waste. There are companies offering a better and more consistent service for a lot less.

Best doctors I have had. Can get an appointment whenever I need and also can do it anywhere. The doctors are polite and knowledgeable. Also like that you get all the notes afterwards. 100% would recommend.

It's a joke. 5 calls to get a simple basic everyday prescription from them. Their system is just laughable (literally laughed at their support system on the phone). You have a phone call with the GP to get a prescription. It then goes to the \support\ team who I call constantly and on hold for 20 mins who then cannot push through the medication to the pharmacy because they need a GP to sign it......I'm sorry didn't the medication prescription come from the GP. Very round able system with constant chasing and following up to get no where over a 48 hour experience FOR A BASIC MEDICATION!
