I normally write grisly, complaining reviews, but will make an exception for Balance Box, because I believe they are providing a great service. They are a life saver for me during this pandemic and would be great to have at normal times too. I cannot think of anywhere else that can provide such high quality nutritious and actually tasty food which is assisting me with my weight reduction too. I did try another couple of companies but Balance Box is head and shoulders above them. Customer service is one of the most responsive I have come across. Keep up the good work guys!

Really recommend Balance Box. All the food is delivered straight to me and all I need to do is pop it in the fridge. The meals are always fresh, healthy and tasty - you can tell the ingredients are top quality. The customer service team is so helpful.

The delivery service needs much thought and improvement. Why delivering between 10pm-6am, when people are sleeping? Waking up in the middle of the night so to have your breakfast?

I have just taken delivery of my second Balance Box. My first delivery was both yummy and filling so I can't wait to try out the next one... I particularly enjoyed the Bircher (yoghurt, milk, oats and fruits all blended together) for breakfast so I am glad to see that included again. The prepared meal box works for me because it means I don't have to plan, buy and prepare my meals - this saves me plenty of time each day. Also, the fact the meals are filling stops my temptation to eat naughty snacks and sweets... the pack will make me think more about what I am consuming each day so I'll be upping my water intake and cutting back on the vino. :-) The weekend Balance Box contains meals and snacks to sustain you from Friday evening to Tuesday afternoon. The meal plans are shifted to allow for delivery, so on day-1 you receive dinner and snacks, day-2 and day-3 you receive 3 full meals (plus snacks) and on day-4 you receive breakfast and lunch ready for your next delivery…. Can’t wait for dinner!
