I went to Susan’s store yesterday and threw a million questions at her. Not only did she answer all of them very patiently but also gave me unbiased suggestions. At no point during my visit did i feel that her recommendation was based on the monetary value of the products she recommended. She has been very thorough and quick with all the communication that followed after my visit. I would highly recommend BAMBINISTA to everyone

Oh my word!! What a lovely children’s online boutique with such excellent personal service. I bought some gifts and I got an email asking would I like them gift wrapped and if I would like a handwritten note. How sweet! This is exactly the service that my Mum and I gave many years ago when we had an upmarket Children’s Boutique bear Belfast. Well done Susan! I love your little shop and good luck xx
