Elegant building, now almost ignored and forgotten. Designed in 1929 by the well known architect, Henry Hyams. Needs some TLC?

Great study room out back with plenty of space available. Good selection of books also within the main library.
Lovely spot for studying or just to have some peace and quiet. staff is very friendly and helpful. The building, once very stylish and imposing, unfortunately is currently long due for renovation.
Prompt and friendly service for an emergency call out with no hard sell, open and honest pricing. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
This is by far the best public library I’ve found in London. It has ample desks for working at (with plug sockets) in a quiet area. The selection of books is vast and well chosen. The library overall is peaceful, clean and helpful. Yes, the WiFi is not ideal but it’s a nice place to work offline for a bit.
