BDS must stand for Best Drainage Service. Awesome service. Went to work (we operate a restaurant business) to discover an outside drain had become blocked and the yard was flooded. Panic!!! It needed to be sorted that night otherwise we could not operate the restaurant. Called a host of so called emergency plumbers and none could come out that night. Called BDS and they had a guy with us in 2 hours. Rob was polite, diligent and knowledgeable. He got right to work and had everything flowing perfectly within an hour. He returned the next morning to sort out new covers (ours had cracked and broken a while back - part of the issue). A flawless service and they are now my go-to drain and plumbing team. Thanks again Rob.

Do not use this organisation. They sent out very drunk plumbers to my call out and they couldn't fix the fault on the night. They came back and fixed the next morning when you'd expect that their head had cleared. Issue was in a block of flats affecting shared pipes but they falsified the work they did on the invoice and that meant I could not claim a refund from the management agency. I requested a detailed report of the work they carried out but they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my email. I will start court proceedings against these drink driving cowboys shortly.
