Leilah is a breath of fresh air!! I was feeling so excited and nervous about learning belly dancing and I’m so happy that life led me to her!! She is encouraging, supportive, kind and funny!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and I loved the pace of the class. She addresses any questions/concerns while continuing to move the class forward which I appreciated, as it stopped me from overthinking and allowed me to relax and have fun!! She created a great choreography for us to learn throughout the series and really made sure that we had all that we needed to learn the material. I had a blast and can not wait to sign up for her next series!! Thank you Leilah!!

Leilah is amazing. This is the first dance class I want to show up to every week. She is a stunning dancer and an amazing teacher. The classes are so well explained and the choreography- really beautiful! And to top it off -shes just a really kind natured person! Honestly I couldn't recommend this class enough!!

Leilah is a great instructor. I have been following her YouTube videos for almost a year and decided to take a live virtual course. It was fun, full of tips, and lots of practice of different techniques. Each class also built on the previous for choreography so that by the end of the 4 week course, we has learned a while routine. I loved that she would give feedback and answer questions throughout. Can't wait to take another course. Happy dancing!

I discovered Leilah's online dance videos a while ago, but just took part in a live course for the first time. It was fantastic! Leilah is a gifted teacher as well as dancer. She explains and demonstrates technique in a patient and clear way, her class is well-paced with new skills and short dances as well as building a longer piece, and her choreography and music choices are fun and creative. But even more special is her welcoming personality and sense of humor. I will definitely take more of her online classes! - Sarah Gordon

Honestly, the only thing about these classes I don't like is that they're all the way in the UK, so attending one in person is probably a ways off! Leilah is a great teacher - I started by following her YouTube tutorials at the beginning of the pandemic and was surprised at how much I liked it. When I found out she gave online courses you could practically hear tires screeching as I ran to go sign up. :P I've been doing her classes for almost a year now, and it's a blast each time. Her energy is great, she's really patient and explains movements well for those of us who might not be the most talented dancers just yet. Super beginner friendly because you never feel self conscious or silly. :) Can't wait for the next one.
