Opening hours are not.as advertised. I would not make plans based on the information they provide. This place was closed on 9.35 on Friday when it says it opens at 9. Had an early appointment in the embassy that I had to delay as I thought I'd be able to print things here. Suggest change info on opening hours.

Was not open at 9:15 am on a Tuesday morning. Banged on door to no avail. However, if you retrace your steps down Gloucester (towards the metro station), turn right (West) on Cromwell, and then walk for 2-3 minutes, on your right you will see an Indian deli/Interner cafe. They had several computers and very quick printing for .20 a sheet. The nice man at the front said I was lucky because they aren't always open so early in the morning, but it's worth a shot!

This afternoon they charged me 17.50 to scan an 11 page black and white, text only document. I questioned the fee and the gentlemen confirmed the fee was correct. 2 for the first page and 1.50 for each page after that. I have used their services on three occasions but this will be the last.

This place was closed on Saturday July 13 at 1015 am, 1035am and 320pm even though it was advertised to be open from 10am to 5pm. The third time I tried I knocked on the door and a woman shouted through the window that they were closed. I knocked again but to no avail. No apology, no explanation, no service. Suggest they probably provide lousy service even they deem to open.

Have been their occasional client in the past 10 years as i do printing and photocopying a lot these days for my projects, apparently they've now refurbished the whole store with new internet, furniture and facilities, well done. Extremely fast internet and brilliant printing facilities. Great support from staff members all the time Surely will be coming more often now

Internet was fast which was very helpful, I was printing multiple documents and Kristina was very helpful with binding. I loved their pod coffee too
