Boc bearpark rd the worst comstomer service I have ever experienced, Billy is the manager there, he is a arrogant little tw....t. after a small disagreement of him over charging me and me a little confused and a little upset he has made sure I cannot ever trade at that store again. not a problem as I trade else where, Boc on the other hand has done nothing to disclipne him, on the other hand there used to be a black gentle man that work there on some days to cover others, has a top bloke. avoid,avoid, they never have what you want in stock and have to order in. dont waste your time on buying consuables there just buy online instead.

We went there with a BOC empty Balloon gas cylinder for a refill. The cylinder was bought from ebay. I have never seen an unfriendly and arrogant salesman like Mr J Hawthorn Crawley. We told him that we are new to this branch and bought a cylinder from ebay, showed him transactions, but he behaved with us like we were thieves. And at the end of the conversation he kept our Cylinder by saying that it is a property of BOC. When we asked him to help us with a new purchase, he refused and ask us to call BOC.
