I go there quite often and I have been to Russian and Slavic restaurants in London. I have also eaten homemade Slavic food and I must admit their food is highly underrated. I love the fact that there is live Russian music there. Oh and we went there on Women's day and we got a complimentary dessert and rose. Their service is excellent. Their service would make you want to make this your local! Some honourable mentions: Bogdan - He is your friendly Russian restaurateur. Olga - Her service is impeccable. She is always friendly and understanding.

My wife and I recently decided to try something new out for our anniversary treat, as we very rarely get out now with these new restrictions. We ended up having a meal at the borshtch and I have to say I was 1. very pleased with the quality of the food considering the reasonable prices on the menu and 2. with the service that we received. The gentlemen that was working there was very kind and attended to us quickly whenever we needed something. I decided to order the chicken Kiev and my wife ordered the lamb shashlik which were both mouth watering dishes due to being packed with flavour. If I wasn’t so full I would have ordered another portion! I can honestly say that I am glad we ended up doing something new because we have found somewhere unique that we can add to our list of places to go to now. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a change of scene!

Really high quality Russian food. I am always proud to take my friends & guests here. Food is consistently the best in London. Shows how good Russian food can be. Service is always attentive & correct. Interior needs a refurb but the food is just incredibly good. They even have private rooms for Russian karaoke & Russian shisha.

Very disappointed with the place and service. I rarely leave negative reviews but this time I feel that I should warn other customers about NOT coming to this place. I was really looking forward to this evening, I am an active part of Russian speaking community. Unfortunately staff was not accommodating although they have flexibility right after our timeslot, restaurant was completely empty, but staff was trying to maximize their revenue, asking us to extend and pay for extra time. So upsetting because I was hoping to have a good time. Absolutely terrible service and experience :(((( Never again!

Cozy atmosphere, warm and helpful service, and absolutely delicious homemade dishes. As a Russian, I would definitely recommend and I will come back! The prices are very reasonable, given the quality and the location - two of us had 3 dishes each, a beer and two baskets of bread for around 80. Also, Saturday night's live music was very pleasant and not too loud, conversations could still flow easily!
