Much more helpful and friendly staff than those at Regent's Street. Lost my silicons tip for my earphone and the staff offered me a free replacement as a good gesture.
Fantastic customer service. Exchanged my set of headphone with no messing about. Had no reciept as they were bought abroad and the manager exchanged them as a gesture of goodwill. Very pleased with the staff and the service. This is how a store should be run.

BOSE DISAPOINTMENT SHAME ON YOU. I will never recommend any of your product again. Your customer service level is absolutely disgraceful! I’ve been trying to reach you for over a month now. I sent a formal complaint through Bose website 2 weeks ago about my set of QC35, I was given NO feed back or email confirmation. I have been experiencing issues with my BOSE QC 35 from some time, the headphones were breaking up during normal activity. The headphones started turning ON without being switched ON during day or night while the button position was OFF. I signed up to Bose community forum and I was advised to update the software. Instead of fixing my issue, upgrading to the latest version damaged the product completely - at the moment headphones won’t turn ON at all. I’m really getting annoyed with the level of your customer service. YOU DON’T CARE about your customers. I expect someone to contact me as soon as possible.
Came in today with a pair of bose headphones that had some issues, and the staff were really understanding and kind about it and after thorough investigation kindly offered a replacement. Such customer care can be rare and deserves full credit! I can confidently keep recommending Bose headphones - as well as this particular store and its staff, 5/5!
