Service is good but waiting times for calls is far too long above 30 minutes

My opinion it's awful. Staff or whatever are very rude. Was referred by my GP to call for an assesment and 4 times I did they hung up on me for no reason. (I tried different working days) as well waiting to get through to someone. I see they don't really want to help and should at least listen to what people have to say. My opinion don't bother they don't do anything. They said to phone back or email on a letter. When I try to email no response. Idk if I'm saying something wrong but I should at least get a reason as to why. Not happy with the treatment.

I was contacted by Nathalia Mclean Thorpe on the phone after a IAPT referral from my doctor, she originally seemed helpful and kind although she did not talk me through all the options available. She said she would email me more information - I never received an email. I then had a call from her again talking about the available CBT slots and that she would email me again to reconfirm which slots I could do. This was over a month ago and I didn't receive an email (I also checked all my spam emails - nothing). I then emailed the Harrow IAPT that I was desperate to get an appointment and worried they had the wrong email or a typo, only to be ignored. They don't care until you've hurt yourself or are on the verge. I never received ANY help and working full time means I don't have the chance to spend an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Absolutely appalled.
