Appalling company. Used them for a while until I realised they were taking unauthorized payments from my bank card for skips we hadn't had, also meaning that they were storing bank card details, including the last three digits, without permission. Absolutely no communication. Had to get a refund from my bank.

Short nose guy was rude tried to fight me and then when confronted he walked away so bad way to treat a regular customer. Then followed me started swearing at me after his colleges told ne to tip where I did. Big lack in communication and leadership unfortunately

BUNCH OF NO GOOD FRAUDSTERS! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE (Read Below) Ordered a skip and paid 70 to have it for 1 week. The prompt delivery was the only pleasant part of this ordeal. Their drivers turned up 2 days later to collect the skip and we informed them that we paid for the whole week so they left. Nobody turned up for the skip at the end of the week so we called and arranged a pick up... nobody turned up. Called again and again and again and still no one turned up. We had the skip for 3 weeks because of their inability to do their job. Finally someone comes to collect the skip and takes it away, You'd think that was the end of it... right? nope! These thieves then charged me 140 extra (WITHOUT my knowledge and an 2 MONTHS LATER mind you) So I called them to ask about it and all I got was \we have to talk to the manager\ or \we have to talk to the council and get back to you\ Not only that but they took my number down several times with promises of a callbacks that never happened, lies about emails and pictures and excuses to stop me from calling them back. I should add that in the 3 weeks I spent chasing them up I was cordial and patient with the rude and arrogant \customer service\ staff that took my calls, I spoke to the manager once and he couldn't care less and tried saying it was my fault somehow that they're all incompetent buffoons I called them on Monday and was told the manager would call me back AGAIN. It is now coming up to the end of Wednesday and I'm still waiting for that call Mr Cooper If you do not wished to be robbed blind GO ELSEWHERE!
