Fantastic. Arrived worried I might have a fractured wrist after a fall. Five star service from professional and caring staff from start to finish. Reception helpful and friendly. Immediately examined by nurse, then doctor. Sent to adjacent London Bridge Hospital (also excellent) for x-rays. Results back within minutes, explained by same doctor at centre. Would definitely use again. Very reassuring to know these HCA Urgent Care Centres are available.

Was sent to HCA urgent care by my GP for some immediate tests. I have to say that the service and care at this facility is the best I have received in London. They saw me promptly, ran immediate tests and were thorough in explaining what was happening and the results and gave me copies of the results (which never happens anywhere in the UK) I will definitely be returning for any future urgent care needs and will seek out the other HCA facilities in London. Fantastic staff, caring and thorough. It was a long day, but feel I had the best care under the circumstances.

I was advised from the London Bridge Hospital to visit Dr William Alazawi for my problem with pancreatitis. Following an inconclusive and very expensive consultation with Dr Alazawi, without being advised beforehand I was asked to pay an extra 800 for unnecessary blood tests. After having paid an absurd amount of money the doctor did not successfully diagnose my condition and I was forced to consult yet another doctor.

The doctor is very professional here. I get problem during Christmas and Dr. Benkaifer immediately diagnose the problem. He also help diagnose my finger problem. Very nice!
