I went last year in January/February to report a crime, I spoke with a very friendly police officer who was very attentive to everything I had to say. He apologised that the case had to be closed but assured me that if it occurred again I could call him to report it. He was very friendly and generally a nice person he left a very memorable impression.

Worst experience a decent human being can have. Totally partial, biased, no one seems to take any responsibility for anything or help you access the information you desperately needs (in my case my kids), rude and cold! Sad to say that experience with them changed my mind about Met Police and lost all the respect for them. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely useless. I was told there was no-one available to speak to me, all the time there were staff milling about in the background cackling with laughter and eating cake and donuts.

Forgot my bike keys in the ignition. Some honest person handed them to the police. I recovered my keys back fron the station within hours. Life savers!
