I had only great experience with this medical centre so far. To be fair, I fortunately don't need it a lot but I am overly happy with the service provided. The 5 star rate goes to nurse Sonia Adjorlolo who was so kind, professional and made me feel relaxed and safe during the treatment.

Impressed. There is a lot negative feedback regarding NHS, but this particular practice is excellent. Always there to help, about anything. I do highly recommend!

Had my first vaccine yesterday at Brondesbury Medical Centre and it was very good. I was in and out very quickly and the doctor was kind and helpful.

The doctors in this surgery come an go, you build trust with one then they are gone an have to start over with student doctors every few months who don't know as much about your medical history. One word of advice is avoid the women at reception the guys have much better customer service skills.
