The reception staff is always super helpful answering questions and explaining how to use the online system and next steps required. The doctor's are efficient and helpful in answering all my questions and being clear in their diagnosis. I've used their in person and online services without issue. I haven't had to wait long to see a doctor for any urgent need and booking an appointment has been easy to do as well.

Commercial enterprise not a surgery ,how many customers(not patients) can a doctor see in an hour, quick turnaround., how much profit can be made from each locom doctor, if you are looking for a doctor you are in a wrong place. PLEASE register with a small practice. They put my life in danger twice, now legal action is to be followed My marks -000

Do. Not. Come. Here. Worst GP ever. Completely incompetent. Impossible to get appointments. Churn you out just like a number. Admin work (referrals, prescriptions, test results) takes ages and you need to chase up. Phone consultations never happen on time. Offices are like an old, musty library. EVERY TIME I need something from this office, it turns into a problem. TWICE I’ve received notifications to come in for tests I didn’t need to have. One of which I arrived to have a jab done when I sent my records months ago and they never updated the system with my records causing me to completely waste my time. Changing GPs immediately!!!
