Avoid - really unprofessional team. Had to stop the job halfway through due to poor quality and lack of organisation. Money grabbers. They actually quoted one of the highest of all, we were looking for quality workmanship and a professional project manager to work with but received neither. AVOID.

We had a fantastic experience with BTL on a large project in SW London, which involved creating a new 1500sq ft basement and total renovation above ground. The project completed on time, and BTL's project managers took away most of the stress that one would normally associate with jobs of this size - they were proactive, came to us with solutions not problems and kept us updated at every stage. The finish is outstanding, and they worked very closely with our numerous sub-contractors. Highly recommended

We had BTL assist with some work post our renovation project. The team were easy to communicate with, knowledgable and highly professional. They turned up on time (early, in fact!) and left the space clean and tidy. The experience with BTL has been the opposite of what we experienced with the initial company and all I can say is I wish we had had BTL carry out the full project and they will be our first call if we ever need works done again. Had the most awful experience with these people! Do not use if you don't want to be basically lied to for months and months!! We had paid deposits which we will not get back for work that was never done. In the end we gave up with them and have gone with another company. Really don't use them !!!!
