The place is neat and minimalistic. The service was good with a good communication. The bubble waffles were tasteless and the gelato ice cream was bland and lacked taste. It just looks fancy but I would prefer the normal waffles as you get a lot more for what you pay. It's very expensive as being in West London. Would never go back again.

Very expensive for a bubble waffle, just for a reference a strawberry topping is actually just 1 strawberry. The packaging had a hole at the bottom, so the ice cream started leaking through it. Staff didn't make any suggestions, they just waited until I finish ordering whatever, not helpful. When I asked if strawberries and raspberries count as one topping, I got a reply that I interpreted as "yes", however it turned out to be not right. The price for a waffle (without any toppings is 4 pounds), then 2 for ice cream and 0.5 for 1 strawberry. Do not recommend.

Expensive for the quantity you get. The mini pancakes are almost 5 for around 10-12. They are tiny and you can finish them within a minute. The taste is also mediocre. I wouldn't get anything from here again. If they lowered the price it would attract more customers in my opinion.
Went there today. They don't spent long enough cooling down the waffle before adding the fillings so it went soggy quickly. Had to throw out half of it when it turned to mush. Also got my order wrong. There is no seating there.
