Drinks are good, but cost cutting ruins the experience. I ordered a bubble fizz in supreme size, they use a can of lemonade which 330ml. the cup size of the supreme drink is more than 330ml so to save the cost of opening another can of lemonade they just use ice to fill up the cup. This is despite telling the staff not to put that much ice several times. It has happened on more than 1 occasion.

Brad, Omid and Michaela have been serving me every day for the last 8 weeks now. And the best bubbleology team on the planet. Most friendly and helpful bubbleology staff ever. Omid also invented the \Jacobs special\ which is a very beautiful tropical drink. You have to ask for it if you come in.

Best special there is (lychee milk with tapioca, lychee & apple boba)! Fantastic customer service from Omid and all the team! Love coming to visit my second home!

The bubble tea itself was up to standard although it would be good if there were more options -sugar levels, temperature levels etc like some other places I’ve been to. I have only given 2 stars as the service was very unfriendly. There was one person serving who did not make any effort to welcome us or explain the options available etc- therefore we would choose to go elsewhere for bubble tea in the future.

Excellent service.Norbert and Michela are as sweet as the drinks they made.I’m not a big fan of sweets drink, but they made me change my mind. The taro milk tea and the Oreo crush are amazing (although only Norbert actually makes it delicious as it looks on the website adding the whipped cream on top, to most of the other members of the staff I always have to ask). There is a reason why this place is packed.They keep the line moving quick and I’ve never tasted anything like their drinks. A MUST if you love bubble tea!! Definitely be coming back.
