I had the Plain Jasmine tea which was very nice. They add Tapioca Seeds at no extra cost. It has a nice colourful menu with some good choices.

Very rude experience. I came at 11.05 am to buy bubbletea. The worker rushed out saying it's not open yet. When online it states it's opens at 11. So he rushed passed without apology busy carrying out opening chores. So I was like...Okay I asked him when it will open at he said 5 min. Anyways I came 10 mins later and still no apology to the abrupt way he spoke. No greeting. Just waited there with no smile on his face. Anyways I didn't finish orderingbefore he starred making my drinks. He didn't ask whether I want ice/No ice. What size cups? Nope. I asked for tapioca he said there was none which is crazy because that's the main part. I order 4 drinks. I love bubbletea but I didn't get what expected. This is my first time here and I feel frightened by the response that I might not come again. No enthusiasm when I asked for tissue. He just pointed by the door roughly and there was little to no tissue. Thanks bubbleology soho. My drinks were muddled he didn't give me a receipt. but this is my honest experience. I hope to come again because i love bubble tea.maybe it was just a one off.
