Started off cheap, slowly increased our bills. Doubled our bills within a month or so due to whole sale prices. They seem to be company which passes on increases quick but not savings, wish I stayed with my previous supplier.

Need to re-evaluate their estimation methods! We have to give them meter readings every month as their estimates tend to be double the amount we actually use they also take an annoyingly long time to correct it when we do give actual meter readings Edit* instead of correcting their stupidly high estimates they've decided to increase our payments without contacting us... Such a great company

Terrible communication and very poor customer service from this company. They over charged me and I was out of pocket by 400. Ombudsman upheld my complaint and ordered Bulb to put things right and they still haven’t put it right. I’ve now left this company and gone to Octopus Energy. The person dealing with my case has taken months and months to resolve my complaint and I’m still waiting. It appears they don’t care and I’ve even emailed the CEO with no replies, I’m just shocked this is how they treat customers. Very very very very poor service. Octopus Energy have been fantastic, great service and they are good value for money. They have very good ratings and glad I’ve moved over to them.
