Food has recently improved. I can only assume chefs have changed or are better trained. Staff are nice and helpful ONCE you get their attention. Location convenient.

I've been here several times and it is always such a relaxed lovely atmosphere. The staff are superb and the food delicious. It's not like a chain but like an independent restaurant. We'll done and thank you all involved for making our visits amazing.
I bought a yule log cake worth 34 but taste like less than 5 from a cheap shop. We have been coming to this branch for at least 15 years, I don't mind paying more than other cake shops will charge as its always been nice cakes everytime, but this one is just disgusting to my whole family. It seems its all sugar, butter and nothing else.
Was here last week for coffee and cake. Not only is it open and light, but the decor or great and staff area credit to this growing chain. The waste coated wearing Middle Eastern gentlemen and the lady wearing the black suit where both so friendly and helpful and my mum really enjoyed her cake! Really happy to see this chain going from strength to strength and it seems they’ve not lost their customer service values along the way. Thanks so much for a lovely afternoon!
Pretty looking cafe, nice environment and situated in a good place. The desert and drinks are average and over priced. The chef didn’t seem happy to have new orders coming in. Customer service is average. Once was enough and I wouldn’t return.
