Avoid - terrible customer service. I ordered a trolley in September with delivery estimated to be late October. Early November I emailed to enquire about delivery. No response whatsoever to three emails. I called to speak to someone. When I finally got through the person I spoke to was rude and very unhelpful at first eventually telling me the trolley would arrive soon. By the end of November I'd had enough so I wrote to cancel my order and to get a refund. Again, no response but hey presto - the trolley has suddenly arrived. Avoid!

I ordered a cube golf trolley from this company through their website about 2 months ago now. I ordered it not realising how long I would have to wait because it wasn't in stock. I have have tried multiple times to cancel my order via email and receive a generic email in response with no confirmation to my order being cancelled plus I still haven't received any money back in my account. Customer service is awful. Will never order from here again and will certainly be telling others not to do so. Following up on my last review If only youse where as quick to refund the money back as you where to comment on my review. 3 weeks later and still no money back.
