I left a 5 star review on all branches as I've been to them all but I mainly go to the Eltham one. An absolutely fantastic store that sets a great example for other pawn-type shops around. They are friendly, they remember my name as soon as I walk in etc. The staff there are so kind and always help me out when I need it. I think this company is fantastic and really are an asset to an ever-declining high street.

I found this store after looking on Google I called to find out exactly what they done. I found out the times opening and left that day and was happy with my service . My advice to people out there that are going to a new shop that might be much further than usual karma would be to call the shop first to find out the opening and closing times . Bless

Travelled all the way to the shop to find its shut within “opening hours”.. I called and was told to come back to collect MY OWN items another day even though they wasn’t meant to be shut yet.. The owner/manager whatever he is continually closes the shop BEFORE the time stated online and on the shop door! Always a gamble if it’s open or not. TERRIBLE! Will never use again.. EDIT: I DID NOT TURN UP AT 5 O CLOCK STOP SAYING THINGS TO MAKE THE REVIEW SEEM REDUNDANT. I WAS AT THE SHOP DOOR AT 16:50 (4:50pm). I WANTED TO COLLECT MY OWN ITEMS. NO ONE NEEDED TO “PAWN” OR HAVE ITEMS CHECKED. THE BUY BACK PROCESS TAKES ALL OF 5 MINUTES AND THATS IF YOU TYPE SLOW AND CARRY THINGS LIKE A 2 YEAR OLD AND HAVE AN OLD PERSON INFRONT OF YOU DILLY DALLYING LOL! SERIOUSLY ITS AS QUICK AS 1, 2, 3!! WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE THEY SHUT 15MINS BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME SO THEY CAN AND I QUOTE “GET OUT THE SHOP DOOR AT 5PM” HAHA PATHETIC!
