Best authentic Caribbean takeaway in East London. Usually, I have to drive out to South or NW London for proper Caribbean food but Caribbean Flavours smashes all the time!

Food is good but they don’t seem to follow any COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions. Staff don’t wear masks, gloves and they talk over the food when dishing it. So I won’t be going back until they start following the proper COVID Guidelines. WEAR A DAMN MASK AND GLOVES AND STOP CHAT OVA THE RASS FOOD!! Oh, And it wouldn’t hurt if they smile every now and then.
