WOW! what delicious chocolates. I joined one of the chocolate tasting events where I learnt so much about the different chocolates, their origins, and how to taste chocolate. This opened my eyes to the delicate flavour notes of different chocolates.

A place where chocolate is pure magic. Set up by Chef Sven-Hanson Britt, Chocolatier Kae Shibata & Daniela Nunzi-Mihranian; Cartografie tells the story of cacao and their farmers with passion. A wide variety of origins and creations may be sampled in-store or whisked away to taste at home. Hot and cold cocoa drinks are served up as well. Come here to learn, taste and be amazed. Spot on chocolates. Especially the hay flavered ones. Incredible ideas, great presentation and execution is faultless. As a consumer and veteran of the catering industry I am very impressed.
Such a beautiful shop. When I went in, I was explained exactly how the chocolates were made. I learnt so much about what happens “behind closed doors” in the chocolate industry and it’s fabulous that Cartografie are opening up our eyes about it. The art that goes into chocolate making is incredible. I loved the packaging as well. Very luxurious. Thank you for your hospitality and can’t wait to try the valentines box!
I don't think I have ever tasted chocolate quite like it and it was a real eyeopener hearing all about the provenance of the cocoa beans used. The shop itself is beautiful, the team super friendly and the prices very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I had a box of these chocolates bought for me for my birthday during lockdown. They were exceptional! Put simply they were delicious and the presentation was a joy. Perfection. Thank you Cartografie.
Just awesome chocolate with a fantastic story behind it. Haven't been to the shop (only ordered online) but excellent quality.
Ethics in chocolate are a serious issue, and these are serious chocolates!! Amazing depth of flavour and beautifully crafted. A real treat. Great to see a new company support producers from Virunga National Park too, an area which is in desperate need of peace, investment and reforestation.
