Blissful to take a swim outdoors in warm water. Plenty of changing sheds, lockers, and places to leave belongings. Thoroughly recommend!

Very sketchy booking system. You receive a confirmation email saying that if you cancel 4 hours before the appointment, you don't get charged. However, after you cancel, they say there is no refund, no way of rebooking, can't get the appointment back or no credit for the next time. That means that if you have any issues you just lose 10 pounds even if you cancel 4 hours earlier. Thus, would advise people NOT to cancel and see if you can still manage to get there on time.

Awesome lido, my new fave in London. Heated, so it’s not too intensely cold. Lovely people, nice wide swimming lanes. It was divided into 4 lanes when I was there; slow, medium x2 and fast. Toilets and changing rooms available poolside. Lockers that take coins. 4 poolside showers. Cafe onsite. Car park outside which was around 2.20 for 2 hours. They were also very smooth with the Covid-adaptations, it all felt very safe Download the ‘Better’ app to book your swim slot

Went during tier 4 lockdown. Great experience- there are lockers for use poolside and showers for rinsing off. Now closed due to National lock down but was a great option for exercise when it was open and indoor pools were closed

Great but the refund system takes months to take and why would i need a proove i paid when all evidence is on the app? I dont dont get it, you developed the app which is not bad, but you should access these informations...you create an extra hassle for people who request refund , they have to go to bank, take photo of statement, from the app, its unessesary. Otherwise i'd give 5 stars as i liked the Covid organisation, management.
