The bubble tea is good defiantly but it's not \outstanding\ to say. They have vegan options which is great and a whole bunch of flavours. I was surprised they didnt have many jelly options though since all the places I've been to before have had loads (I was quite excited because I saw coffe jelly as an option on a photo of a menu but it must've been an old menu since I didnt see it on the menu in store that's not their fault though) the sanrio x chatime line is super cool. I just took off one star becuase it didnt really make me go wow when I tasted it. Great prices though!!

Ordered 2 bubble tea for 6.15pm collection. When arrived at 6.15pm with no notification, I asked if my order was ready. The guy was ever so rude and said NO! At 6.27pm he said it’s ready, but all along it was ready. The bubble was sat on the counter but he couldn’t be bothered to give it to me at my requested collection time. His customer service attitude was appalling and was ever so rude! This is the second that I have issues with this particular member of staff.
So far the bubble teas that I've tried with my friend were not that good, they may taste nice for the first 5 zips ,but afterwards it would just be too sweet or the 'tapioca balls' will be too chewy like jelly thing. If you like these tastes then you are fine.Personally not too fan. You feel pressured as you have to order quick (is not their fault) but it would actually help A LOT if they would have a PICTURE, because many people visit this place to try a bubble tea for the first time but because they dont know how each option looks will end up having a bad experience rather than good.
I was allured by the queue and left with an unfinished bubbletea, disappointed. Most bubbleteas from other teashops in Chinatown area is way better than this, not such watery, lacking taste of milk and tea. Avoid if possible.
Chatime is great, the staff are very nice and helpful, too.
