Such a lovely warm and inviting place. I love it when I have to go and collect my car from here. It gives me a warm feeling inside knowing that my payment is going to a great cause and paying the salaries of amazing staff who really care. A beautiful place that you will feel sad to leave...

If you have your car towed away in Kensington and Chelsea this is where it goes. Expect to spend 15 mins on paperwork and make sure you have the necessary documents to prove its your own car. They check that thoroughly which is good.

Got my flipping car pounded here. Westminster council did me wrong. Paid 330 to get my released. That price included 2 tickets which i also got befor the car got towed. Only reason for a 2 star was beceausethe lady behind the counter was very kind and considerate

I forgot to change the registered address of my car when I moved house...so now that the car tax system is supposed to be online, I did not receive a reminder to tax the vehicle (they don't email you, they write to you, even though the application is done online). So they clamped my car, with no warning. I got home on a Friday night, cannot get through to the phone number to get my car released so I can go and get the car tested for an MOT certificate...and to change the address on the car document to then get it taxed. The trains don't work, I cannot get my car released...this country has fallen apart. It's a joke
