I took my daughter an audition and workshop. Audition was at Central Ballet building. Audition experience was good and not too expensive. However I do not recommend Christmas workshop, it cost us 50 pounds and only 1 hour and 45 mins and it was not great other than seeing real Royal Ballet dancer in action teaching. My daughter did not enjoy. My child is not really suitable for classic ballet but she liked it, but now she feels she is not included. Classic ballet world is quite racist and elitest but it really shows here. I suppose it is realistic. But I probably would not let my daughter go there any more. A bit waste of money and time unless your child is really good already.

London Children's Ballet is such a wonderful charity. It's narrative ballets are beautiful, such a treat for families to watch. Can't wait to see this years show!!

The LCB offer children an amazing opportunity to perform in a professional ballet in a London Theatre. They are supportive, encouraging, and inspire the children to perform beautifully as well as understand the importance of working together to produce amazing results.

Charming live performances and my pre-school little girl is completely obsessed with watching their DVDs. I'd say the DVD's are absolutely perfect for 3-8 year olds and the shows maybe a bit older... 4.

My son performed with the LCB for 2 years (The Secret Garden & Nanny McPhee), What an amazing charity! not only do the LCB give young children the opportunity to perform in a professional ballet at a top London venue this is all done at no cost to the parent, also, in my experience, it gave my son the confidence to successfully audition for a place on a full time dance course at a performing arts school, last year he performed with the ENB in three different productions including Swan Lake at the Royal Albert Hall. He is now following his dream of becoming a professional dancer thanks to the LCB experience. X
